CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit & Booking Policy ​Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes trigger a non-refundable fee charged to the card on file: ​1st occurrence: 20% of service total ​2nd occurrence: 35% of service total ​3rd occurrence: 50% of service total ​If a fee fails to process, a deposit will be required prior to booking. ​Deposit Coverage: This deposit protects the scheduled time slot. In the event of a late change, late cancellation, or no-call/no-show, your deposit is automatically forfeited to cover the reserved time. ​Refund Exceptions: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the appointment is canceled on the salon's behalf or explicitly approved after direct discussion with your stylist. ​Confirmation, Arrival & Health Terms ​72-Hour Confirmation: Appointments not confirmed within 72 hours will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. ​Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require reducing your service or rescheduling. Rescheduled appointments due to late arrival will require a new deposit. ​Sickness: If you are sick, a self-provided mask is required for your service. Arriving sick without a mask will result in immediate rescheduling and forfeiture of your deposit. ​Salon Cancellations: If an emergency requires the salon to cancel your appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate you, and your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to your new date.
