CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for changing or canceling any appointment at this time. The first cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 20% charge to the card on file. The second cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 35% charge to the card on file. The third cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge to the card on file. In the case of an emergent cancellation on the salons behalf, every effort to accommodate the experience will be made. The first no-show will result in a 50% charge. ALL charges WILL be applied to your next service. Due to a full schedule, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the reduction of your service or rebooking your appointment for a different time in which the full cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
