CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for changing or canceling any appointment at this time. The first cancellation or change made within 24 hours will result in a 20% charge to the card on file. The second cancellation or change made within 24 hours will result in a 35% charge to the card on file. The third cancellation or change made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge to the card on file. In the case of an emergent cancellation on the salon's behalf, every effort to accommodate the experience will be made. The first no-show will result in a 50% charge. Due to a full schedule, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the reduction of your service or rebooking your appointment for a different time, in which the full cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Appointments not confirmed within the 72 hour window will be canceled and the cancellation fee will apply. If you are sick and still need your service. A mask provided by yourself is required. Showing up sick without a mask will result in your appointment being canceled and rescheduled for a future date in which my cancellation fee will apply.
